Trade Counter Update at Door Entry Direct

We know this is a challenging time for many in our industry. Door Entry Direct is no stranger to overcoming challenges so we have implemented some minor changes to ensure business still runs smoothly and safely. You will find that we are mostly business-as-usual!

We are still open for business. There are many ways that you can still receive your goods: 

We encourage you to continue using Door Entry Direct online. There are no interruptions to delivery to your home or office.

Email sales@doorentrydirect.com to order, check stock or make an appointment to collect your goods. 

Contact us on 0208 621 6210 to discuss with one our sales team.  Our team is available between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Where necessary, you can make an appointment to collect or return at our Trade Counter:

Our Trade Counter is still open for business, but we will not be permitting any visitors inside our office.  Please arrange an appointment with our team by phone or email should you require returns or collections. For the safety of you and our team, we will deliver items outside while exercising a minimum social distance of 2 metres. 

We will not be accepting any payments at our Trade Counter. We will be happy to send payment details upon placement of your order. 

Our Trade Counter will close at 4:00 p.m. daily.
